Email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and reason for return. We endeavour to respond with further instructions within 24 hours during regular business days. Items must be returned with their original packaging.
If your purchased product is over $100 AU we recommend you use a trackable shipping service.
If your product is damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect product, shipping will be refunded. However, this must be communicated via [email protected].
We do not offer exchanges, if you have ordered an incorrect size or colour you may submit a return and place a new order. In this instance, shipping will not be covered.
